We take pride in our products, which are painstakingly crafted here in the USA of all American made materials.  We absolutely guarantee that our products will arrive as advertised and in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping:

We ship anywhere in the continental United States and to APO/FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail.  Our flat-rate shipping charge, for items shipped to a single address, is $7.95 for the first Pawpoose plus $2.00 for each additional. We will ship your order within 2 business days.  Priority Mail service is generally 2-3 days within the continental US.  Please allow additional time for APO/FPO delivery.  If you require expedited service (such as overnight or 2 day delivery), please contact us by phone at 702-837-4764 to arrange FEDEX shipping at an additional charge.

Returns:

You may return any unused item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us by phone at 702-837-4764 for return instructions. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
